Guide line

You can check if the image is level while recording or playing

back motion pictures and still pictures. The function can also

be used to estimate the balance of the composition.

Digital cinema

Use this function to record an image with vivid colour, like an

image on a movie film.

≥ The intelligent auto mode is set to off. (l 40)

≥ Set the recording mode to HA or HG. (l 46)

[RECORD SETUP] # [DIGITAL CINEMA] # [ON]

≥ When [DIGITAL CINEMA] is [ON], smooth viewing of the motion

pictures may not be possible.

≥ The picture will be recorded as 50i (l 95) irrespective of the

digital cinema mode setting.
