Product Servicing

If the suggestions in the charts do not solve the problem, we

recommend that you take it to your nearest authorized

Panasonic Servicenter. The product should be serviced only

by a qualified technician.

If the Unit Begins to

Malfunction...

Reset switch

Insert a hard, slender stick straightforward into the hole and

push the switch.

Important

Push the switch only when the unit fails to operate with any

buttons. (Stored settings and adjustments are not cleared.)

If the unit fails to return to normal condition, call the nearest

Panasonic Servicenter and ask for repairs.

Caution on Cleaning

Your product is designed and manufactured to ensure a

minimum of maintenance. Use a dry soft cloth for routine

exterior cleaning. Never use benzine, thinner or other sol-

vents.

Product Servicing

Use fuses of the same specified rating (5 A). Using different

substitutes or fuses with higher ratings, or connecting the

unit directly without a fuse, could cause fire or damage to

the unit.

If the fuse blows frequently, there may be something

wrong with the unit. Consult your nearest Panasonic

Servicenter for service.

An attempt was made to play a disc with a region number other than “1” or

“ALL”.

aCheck the disc.

REGION ERROR

The type of disc that is selected is not supported.

The mechanism of DVD changer has failed.

aOnce turn the ACC switch off, and turn it on again. And, push reset switch

(a next page). If these operations fail, call the store where you pur-

chased the unit or the nearest Panasonic Servicenter.

MECHANICAL ERROR

Disc is dirty, or is upside down, or has scratches.

aCheck the disc.

PLAYBACK ERROR
