Basic posture while exercising
(For effective exercise)
Sit up straight on the seat Move your head as
and draw in your chin. iittle as possibie.
Keep your back Sit in a reiaxed
straight position
Keep your hips in the
center of the seat.
Step on the footrests with
the baiis of your feet.
Sit on the center to maintain right and ieft balance.
Do not exercise in the following postures.
Hold the handle
lightly
Hold the seat firmly with
your thighs.
(Keep your hips on the
center of the seat.)
Your thighs are
loose.
Step with the
arch of the foot.

leaning to the rear
