Tip
z Available discs: l13
z Data cannot be recorded onto recorded media. However,
data can be recorded onto DVD-RW discs after formatting.
(Formatting will delete recorded data.)
(How to format DVD discs: refer to l90.)
Attention
z You cannot record on media in your video camera by

recording from a PC. Use the DVD drive on your PC.
1.
Prepare images. (l75)
2.
When the Top menu production window (for details
l50) opens, set a DVD disc.
Example: Connect the video camera after inserting the
DVD disc. (l17)
3.
Click [ ] button and select the recording
destination.
A video camera that does not support recording from
PCs is not displayed as the recording destination if
connected.
4.
Click [ ] button and select [DVD-Video (High
quality)] or [DVD-Video (Standard)].
When an SD card or DVD-RAM disc is selected as
[Save To], [DVD-Video] cannot be selected. Select a
DVD-R disc or DVD-RW disc.
5.
Confirm the free space of the recording destination.
If the size of the recording data exceeds the free space
on the destination, the amount that cannot be stored
will be displayed in red.
In this case, click [Close] button to return to the Edit
window, and delete some images from the image
recording list.
Even if a drive in which no DVD disc is inserted is
selected as the recording destination, the capacity is
set automatically.
