DISC OPERATIONS

Discs — Playing data discs using navigation menus

Playing data discsPlaying data discs

Select “DATA” in “OTHERS” tab (\ page 21) to play WMA, MP3,

JPEG, MPEG4 or DivX content.

Playing items from the menu (PLAYBACK MENU)

“PLAYBACK MENU” screen appears when the disc contains

both video (MPEG4/DivX) and other formats (WMA/MP3/

JPEG).

Press [5, ∞] and then [OK] to select “AUDIO/PICTURE” or

“VIDEO”.

Playing from the selected item

1 Press [MENU].

: Group (Folder)

Files are treated as contents and folders are treated as groups

in these instructions.

Maximum ﬁ le or folder name: approximate 12 characters

2 Press [5, ∞] and then [OK] to select the group.

3 Press [5, ∞] and then [OK] to begin playback from the

selected content.

To exit the screen

Press [MENU].

Playing RAM and DVD-R/-RW (DVD-VR) discsPlaying RAM and DVD-R/-RW (DVD-VR) discs

• Titles appear only if the titles are recorded on the disc.

• You cannot edit programs, play lists and disc titles.

Playing the programs

(While stopped)

1 Press [DIRECT NAVIGATOR].

2 Press [5, ∞] to select from the program.

] to skip page by page.

3 Press [OK].

Applicable only when the disc contains a play list.

(While stopped)

1 Press [PLAY LIST].
