Selecting the Access Method (Prefix or Suffix)

If your PBX requires a PIN (

code to get an outside line, your machine can be set to prompt

the user to enter a PIN code before any dialing.

Make sure that the FAX Mode indicator is ON. If not, press to select the "FAX MODE".
