Before requesting service, check the foliowing points once again.

Message of On Screen Display is displayed.

Set the clock.

REC is pressed without tab of

Set timer recording.

8 programmes have been

already set.

Cancel unneccessary programme.

POWER is pressed during

timer standby mode.

Press TIMER REC to release from timer standby mode.

DEW FORM ED IN THE VTR.

Dew forms.

Wait until the message disappears.

Self Test Indication

This VTR has a self-diagnosis and display function. If the VTR detects trouble during installation or during use, the following

indications automatically appear in the VTR display. Indications are displayed in the form of a single English letter plus two

numbers such as [HOI].
