Chapter 2 More Menus Features

Up to 12 editing functions are available in the Form Overlay Feature.

z Refer to the Overlay Copying with Registered Image (see page 80)

z Optional Hard Disk Drive is required. If it is not installed, an image can not be stored.

z If optional hard disk drive is not installed, only 1 form can be registered and the title cannot be entered. If the

power is set to OFF, the form is deleted.

z The size of the original, which can be registered in the form, is A4.

z After the registration, the form transparency level and the specified colours cannot be changed.

z “Auto” cannot be selected in the colour mode.

Place the original for overlay form.

z Refer to Placing Originals (Copy) in the

Operating Instructions (For Basic

Operations) of provided booklet.

z Depending on the orientation to be selected,

“Landscape” or “Portrait” is selected.

Press the Copy key if set in other

function mode.

Select “More Menus”.

Select “Insertion/Overlay”, and then

select “File Edit”.

Select the button, that has no form

name.
