Remote Operation

Listening to messages in a mailbox

Call your unit.

Press and the desired mailbox number ( or ) during TAD/FAX greeting playback.

Enter the mailbox password during the mailbox greeting message.

– If you have not programmed your own mailbox password, enter “555 (default setting)” as

the mailbox password (see feature #51 for mailbox 1 password or feature #52 for mailbox

2 password on page 67).

This is mailbox (1 or 2).

Please leave your name and message after the beep.

Mailbox greeting message example:

To listen to messages in another memory after playback

1. Press and (for common memory), then enter the remote operation ID.

Press and the desired mailbox number ( or ), then enter the mailbox password during the

mailbox greeting message.

If you have not programmed your own mailbox password, enter “555 (default setting)” as the mailbox

password (see feature #51 for mailbox 1 password or feature #52 for mailbox 2 password on page 67).

2. Press or wait for 4 seconds to play back messages.

When there are no new recorded

messages

Press or wait for 4 seconds to listen to

all the messages.

When voice memory is full

Erase some or all of the messages (p. 58).

Sorry, no more memory.

Please erase unnecessary

messages.

When there are new recorded

messages

The voice guide will tell you the number of

new recorded messages and they will be

played automatically.

To repeat only the new messages:

Press .

●

To repeat the current message:

Press .

If you press within 5 seconds of the

beginning of a message, the previous

message will be played.

●

To listen to all the messages:

Press .

●

To skip a message:

Press .

3 new messages.

Voice guide example:
