Creamy potatoes 4 servings
Potato Gratin auto program
800 g peeled potatoes, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. thyme

-3 dl 13% cream

50 g grated Emmental cheese
Ovenproof dish
1. Mix the garlic, thyme, salt and pepper with the potatoes in an oven-
proof dish.
2. Pour the cream over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Bake using the auto weight program ‘potato gratin’.
4. Check the potatoes to make sure they are soft and cooked.
Tip: Check that the potatoes are soft in the centre.
Crispy-topped potatoes 2 servings
500 g medium-sized potatoes
1 tsp. coarse salt
25 g butter

/2 dl bread crumbs
1. Peel the potatoes.
2. Cut the potatoes across into slices a few mm thick but do not cut
right through. The potatoes must remain together at the bottom.
3. Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish.
4. Sprinkle with salt and place a thick slice of butter on each potato so
that it can melt between the slices. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Cook the potatoes on Combination Grill + 440 watt microwave for
15 min.
6. Check that the potatoes are soft.
Potatoes
When potatoes are boiled, baked or fried, it is quick and easy to use the automatic oven programs (see page En-16 or En-18).
If a shorter or longer cooking time is required, enter 10% more or less weight.
It is a good idea to keep boiled potatoes warm at 100 watt microwave during the subsequent standing time of 5 mins.
