Class of Service (COS) Switch
The operator can assign primary and secondary status to the extensions through the COS
switch.
Display Operation (— KX-T7235 only)
Primary switch
1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE button.
2. Press the Features (F4) button.
3. Press the NEXT (S3) button.
4. Press the NEXT (S3) button again.
5. Press the COS Primary (F4) button.
6. Dial the extension number.
• You hear a confirmation tone.
• The display shows:
— (xxxx : extension number)
7. Hang up or press the SP-PHONE button.
Secondary switch
1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE button.
