Technical use

Setting up the Power Save Mode

In this mode, if the camera is not operated for

a certain amount of time, it is automatically

turned off.

Press the [MENU] button.

Press 1 to open the setup menu

Press 3/4 to select [POWER SAVE]

Press 2/1 to

choose

the

setting time.

• [2 MIN.]

• [5 MIN.]

• [10 MIN.]

• [OFF]: the power is not turned off

automatically.

Press the [MENU] button.

• The menu will disappear.

• If you want to cancel the power save mode, turn the power switch to [ON] again after

turning it to [OFF], or press the shutter button.

• When using the AC adaptor/connecting to a PC/recording the motion image/playing back

the motion image/during slide show, the power save mode is not available.

• In simple mode [ ], the power save is fixed to [2 MIN.].
