Sending a fax manually =

Adjust the width of the document guides to
the size of the document

If the line IS busy, the unit will automatically redial the
number up to 2 times

Convenient way to send a fax
You can dial the fax number first before inserting the
documenl This is convenient if the other party's number
IS Indicated on the document
1 Enter the Fax number
2 Insert the document
3 Press [ FAX/START ]
To transmit more than 10 pages at a time
Insert Ihe first 10 pages oF the documenl Add the
other pages (up lo 10 at a lime) before Ihe last page
feeds into the unit
To select the resolution
Select the desired resolution according to the
type of document
- STANDARD: For printed or typewnhen
□nginals with normal-sized characters
- FINE. For originals wilh small printing
- SUPER FINE- For originals with vary small
printing This setting only works with other
compatible fax machines
- PHOTO: For originals containing
photographs, shaded drawings, etc
Using the “FINE", "SUPER FINE", or
“PHOTO" setting will increase transmission
time
It the resolution setting is changed during
feeding, it will be effective from the next
sheet
To stop Iransmission
Press [STOP)
