Setup

Setting your facsimile telephone number

Press (MENU).

Display:

Press (#), then (0) (3).

Press (START/SET/COPY).

Enter your facsimile telephone number up to

20 digits using the dial keypad.

Example:

Press (START/SET/COPY).

Press (MENU).

To correct a mistake

≥Press or to move the cursor to the

incorrect number, and make the correction.

To delete a number

≥Move the cursor to the number you want to delete

and press (STOP).

Note:

≥You can enter your facsimile telephone number by

rotating (JOG\DIAL) If using (JOG\DIAL), press

to move the cursor.

≥The ($) button replaces the digit with a “+” and the (#)

button replaces it with a space.

Example (using the dial keypad): +234 5678

Press ($)(2)(3)(4)(#)(5)(6)(7)(8).

≥To enter a hyphen in a telephone number, press

(HYPHEN) (One-Touch Dial key 1).
