When [SYSTEM FREQ] is set to a broadcasting system different from that of your region,
images may not be played back correctly. (l 159)
Use the HDMI cable (supplied).
HDMI is the interface for digital devices. If you connect this unit to a HDMI compatible high
definition TV and then play back the recorded high definition images, you can enjoy them in high
resolution with high quality sound.
By connecting this unit to a 4K-compatible TV and play back scenes recorded with their size set
to C4K (4096k2160) or 4K (3840k2160)

in [REC FORMAT], you can enjoy finely-detailed 4K
motion pictures. Even though the output resolution will be lower, you can also play them back by
connecting this unit to a high-definition TV or other device that does not support 4K motion
pictures.
* To output scenes in the recording format option [4K/50p 150M], you need a TV that supports
4K/50p.
If you connect this unit and a 4K-compatible TV in Recording Mode, even when [REC FORMAT]
is set to a setting with a size of C4K (4096k2160) or 4K (3840k2160), images are output to the
TV in 1920k1080.
Playback
Watching Video/Pictures on your TV
Confirm the terminals on your TV and use a cable compatible with the terminals. Image
quality may vary with the connected terminals.
