ATTENTION
If you wish to change the preset paper size used in the Paper Tray, contact your authorized Panasonic dealer.
Do not place the following types of printing media into the paper tray, use the Sheet Bypass instead.
Ex: Transparencies, Label, Envelope, Curled paper
When changing the paper type (Plain, Glossy or Recycled) in the Paper Tray, refer to General Settings (Key
Operator) in the Operating Instructions (For Function Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.
Fan the paper and straighten the stack when loading paper to avoid the double feeding or paper jam.

Open the Paper Tray.

Fan and align the paper together, and then
load paper with printing side facing up.

Open and pull out the Sheet Bypass.

Load paper with printing side facing
down.

Align the paper together, and then
place them on the Sheet Bypass.
When setting A4 or B5 size paper,
portrait orientation is recommended.
Setting in portrait makes the copy
time shorter than in Landscape.
Portrait paper will be rotated 90
degrees automatically when copying
the landscape original.
