Purpose: This register selects the sources for transmission interrupts and reception interrupts for
serial interface n.

5 Reserved Setting "1" is prohibited.
6 — "0" is returned when this bit is read.
7 SCnDMD Data output retained during external clock transmission (valid only in clock
synchronous mode)
