Confirming the
next document
#424 When this feature is activated, after the document is
scanned using the automatic document feeder during fax
memory transmission, the message shows to confirm the
next document. Insert the next document and press :
OK/SET / : "OK". /START

Direct SMTP #425 For registering an email address when this feature is
activated, you can set the direct SMTP for the email
address.

Delivery notice #426 When this feature is activated, a delivery notice is sent to the
receiver of the Internet fax. If the receiver returns the notice,
a sending report will be printed.

POP timer setting #428 To set the POP timer.
Set the POP timer (the interval of receiving Internet fax
automatically) to a value between "00" and "60" minutes
using the dial keypad.
The default is "03" minutes.
If you do not want to receive an Internet fax automatically
(page 121), set the timer to "00".
Fax send notify #429 To set the unit to alert you with a beeping sound after fax
transmission is finished.

"B": Double ring (two short rings)
"C": Triple ring (short-long-short rings)
"D": Other triple ring (short-short-long rings)
"B-D": The fax will respond to all calls with ring tone
patterns "B", "C", and "D".

Auto reduction #432 To receive a fax document that is longer than your recording
paper. When this feature is activated, the unit will fit received
documents onto your recording paper.

Fax activation
code
#434 If you wish to use an extension telephone to receive faxes,
activate this feature and program the activation code. When
entering the code, use the dial keypad.
The default code is " #9".
Important
The fax activation code must be different from the
code that you programmed on the answering
machine.
Silent fax ring
count
#436 To change the number of times the unit rings while in
TEL/FAX mode.
