4.2.3 Storing telephone numbers and email addresses in one-touch dial
The unit contains a one-touch dial feature (6 items).
• Station 1 to 3 can be used alternatively as broadcast keys (page 64).
1. /MENU (repeatedly): "ADDRESS BOOK SET"
2. Select "NEW". OK/SET
3. Select the desired station key.
For station 1-3:
Press the desired station key.
For station 4-6:
Press /LOWER , then press the desired station key.
4. Enter the name, up to 16 characters. OK/SET
5. Follow the display to enter the telephone number

• A hyphen or a space entered in a telephone number counts as 2 digits.

Select "EDIT". OK/SET
3.
Select the desired item. OK/SET /Tone
4.
Edit the name if necessary. OK/SET
5.
Follow the display to edit the telephone number
