3.7 Programming through a web browser (LAN supported models

only)

You can change features through the web browser interface instead of the unit.

1. Start Multi-Function Station. [Device] [Configuration Web Page]

• You can also access the unit by entering its IP address in a web browser.

2. Select the desired category from the menu bar.

[Device]: features of the unit

[Network]: network features

[Directory]: registration of the address book, etc

3. Type “root” as the user name, then enter the programming password (feature #155).

[OK]

4. Select the desired feature from the menu.

5. Change the settings or edit the information.

• This step will vary depending on the feature.

6. [Submit]

• The new setting will be transferred to the unit.

7. Close the web browser.

Note

• The settings displayed in the web browser can be updated by clicking [Reload].

• When the unit is in sleep mode, communication between the web browser and the unit may be slower than

usual.
