This feature aOOows you to defrost minced meat, chops, chicken portions, meat Moints and bread. The

&+AOS defrost pad shouOd be pressed to seOect the correct category and then enter in the weight of

the food in grams or pounds and ounces using the appropriate pads See page 1.

Foods shouOd be pOaced in a suitabOe dish, whoOe chickens and Moints of meat shouOd be on an

upturned saucer or on a rack. &hops, chicken portions and sOices of bread shouOd be pOaced in a

singOe Oayer. ,t is not necessary to cover the foods.

The &+AOS Theory principOe is used in Auto :eight defrost programs to give you a Tuick and more

even defrost. The &+AOS system uses a random seTuence of puOsing microwave energy which

speeds up the defrosting process. 'uring the program the oven wiOO beep to remind you to check the
