 Guidelines for Use

For the Auto Sensor Programs it is not necessary to enter the weight of the food. They

must O1LY be used for foods described.

1. OnOy cook foods within the weight ranges described See tabOe beOow.

. OnOy use the accessories as indicated on pages 1.

. ,t is essentiaO when using the auto sensor programs to cover the food. For auto sensor

programs soup, fresh vegetabOes, frozen vegetabOes, fresh Àsh, frozen Àsh cover with

cOing ÀOm. Pierce the cOing ÀOm with a sharp knife once in the centre and four times

around the edge. For programs chiOOed meaO and frozen meaO reheat in container as

purchased. Pierce covering ÀOm. ,t transfering meaOs into a dish, cover with pierced

cOing ÀOm. For auto sensor programs rice and pasta cover with a Oid. The e[ceptions to

this ruOe are Macket potatoes see page 0 and for steamed pudding programs see

page 1.

. For foods covered with cOing ÀOm, pierce the ÀOm with a sharp knife, once in the centre

and four times around the edge. ,f the cOing ÀOm is not pierced, steam can not escape

and this couOd resuOt in over cooking.

5. AOways choose a container size that is suitabOe for the Tuantity of food, ie. do not aOOow

a Oarge headspace or food may not be cooked correctOy.

. For best resuOts ensure that the oven is coOd before using any Sensor program.

7. Most foods beneÀt from a STA1',1G time, after cooking an Auto Program, to aOO

heat to continue conducting to the centre

. To aOOow for some variations that occur in food, check that food is thoroughOy cooked

and piping hot before serving.
