Almond Eve’s Pudding
Arrange the appOe sOices in the base of the dish. %eat together the
remaining ingredients e[cept the Áaked aOmonds untiO smooth. Spread
over the top of the appOes and sprinkOe with Áaked aOmonds. POace dish
on gOass turntabOe and cook on ME',UM power for 11 mins or untiO
cooked. Test with a skewer to ensure the middOe is cooked.

Pour 175 mO Á oz boiOing water over the chopped dates and set
aside to cooO. Sift together Áour and baking powder. Add vaniOOa and
coffee essence to the miOk. &ream the butter and sugar untiO Oight and
Áuffy. Add eggs a OittOe at a time. FoOd in the Áour and Áavoured miOk,
then pour in the date mi[ture. POace on gOass turntabOe and cook on
+,G+ power for 7 mins and Oeave to stand for 10 mins.
Sauce: POace butter in a Oarge Mug, pOace on gOass turntabOe and meOt
on +,G+ power for 0 secs to 1 min, or untiO bubbOing. Add sugar and
stir untiO it has dissoOved cooking for 1 min at a time on +,G+ power.
&ontinue to cook untiO OiTuid is foaming and bubbOing 0 secs at a time
on +,G+ power. SOowOy pour in the cream and bring to the boiO on +,G+
power for mins. Add essence. Stir, continue to boiO on +,G+ power
0 secs at a time untiO it starts to thicken.
